        I have known Debbie as a friend about 10 years. We have many friends and neighbors that are realtors. We decided to use Debbie after interviewing three of our closest friends. Her professional and personal approach to helping us sell our home of thirteen years was fantastic. She wanted what was going to be best for us, even if it meant us canceling our listing, if we changed our mind about selling. When we entered escrow, after being listed for just six days, she was detail oriented and followed through on what she said she would do. It’s been one week since our house on S. Gertruda Avenue closed escrow – I can hardly believe everything has been signed, sealed and delivered
